Since now is exam fever for the May 09'ers and Jan 10'ers, many of us sacrifice our sleep and sleep late for last minute studying and final exam preparation... Some sleep late until about 3 a.m and worse, some didn't sleep at all for the sake of final exam.... But I don't think it is healthy though to sleep very late like that...
As we know, little sleep has a lot of disadvantages and causes health problem in the long run. We may not see it now, but it will catch up to us in the future if we don't get more than 6-7 hours of sleep every night... Not just that it may make you sleepy for the test on the next day and make you lost your focus during the examination...

If can try to sleep latest at 12 a.m, or maybe1 a.m if you really need the time for study... Please restrain sleeping late than that...

not all of us can wake up early and continue with the study. Some of of although sleep early, maybe at 1 a.m. still having difficulty in waking up early and stay awake to study.
That is why we stay up late, as for me i waited until dusk before going to sleep. atleast i can make full use of my time doing revision instead of on the bed wetting the pillow with liquids. :d
Still it is not healthy though sleep late until dusk... Trust me the next day, you will feel sleepy right... Your body will be pain.... Coffee is not the solution to depress urge of sleeping... That is why sleep is necessary to you......
